We’re excited that The Tweet House has been included as an official part of the January Consumer Electronic Show editorial program for 2011. We’re organizing a half-day “mini conference” covering all things Twitter and social. The event is called The Tweet House Presents: Social Media Success Stories, and will be held on January 7.
The folks at CES have asked us to provide five main themes/topics that will define the event. Below is what we’ve come up with:
- Building online followership, fans, and community
- Monitoring and mining, top tools and techniques
- Campaigns and promotions: Appropriate methods that generate results
- Measurement and ROI: What metrics do industry leaders rely on?
- Workflow and staffing: Setting prioritizes and allocating resources
We’d be interested in knowing what we’ve missed here. What major themes would be better? (we’ll be probing for specific sessions later)… Please comment here or tweet us: @tweethouse.
As we look for valid case studies, we’ve been talking with various consumer electronics companies that have effectively navigated the social media space. If you work for with a recognized CE brand and have a story to tell, let us know!

Since CES is aimed at consumers, how about a theme about using social media for business versus personal needs? That way you can touch on the privacy issues, location issues, local biz, etc.
