Earlier this year, members of the Tweet House team assisted the producers of the amazing documentary “I Know That Voice” with the social promotion of their premiere in Hollywood.
One of the session submissions we made to the programmers of San Diego Comic-Con 2014 was a panel that would bring to light much of the content that did not make the final cut for the documentary.
We were ecstatic to have received word that this session (along with our robotics panel) was accepted and will be held on:
7/24/14 at 1:00p.m. – 2:00p.m. in Room: 25ABC of the San Diego Convention Center.
Going to Comic-Con? We hope you can join these amazing voice actors on 7/24 and hear their stories.
Our session description as will be seen in the expo program guide:
I Know That Voice: Insights from the Cutting Room Floor
John DiMaggio (executive producer of IKTV, also the voice of Bender from Futurama, Jake The Dog from Adventure Time, IFC’s Out There, and many more) has reassembled the cast and crew of IKTV to take a deep-dive into the hundreds of hours of documentary footage that didn’t make it to the big screen. Panelists Fred Tatasciore (Hulk, Ben 10, Mad), Andrea Romano (25-time Emmy nominee, 8-time Emmy winner for Animaniacs, Pinky and the Brain, and more), Rob Paulsen (Darkwing Duck, Animaniacs), Lawrence Shapiro (director, IKTV), Dee Bradley Baker (Gravity Falls, Phineas and Ferb), and Steve Broback (Tweet House, IKTV Social Team), will discuss behind the scenes stories, techniques that voice actors use to deliver great performances, and much more!
